  Being new to the area, So i gave them a try for the first time about five months ago and they were fine. About 2 months ago the staff completely changed. I went in and asked for the guy who would usually do my nails and was told he was no longer there. So, now there are only three workers in the shop. My nails were cracking after the 2nd or 3rd day and they would redo them. But, the last few times I arrived around 6:30 and was told they were busy and would have to come back another day...which was strange since they close at 8pm during the week. Customer service is awful and I've tried giving them several chances after poor service. Never again and they really should close, since they can't service customers properly!
